Set up MFA on your Microsoft Admin Center access

  • Microsoft M365 only allow the administrator to login by using the Multi Factor Authentication.
  • Easiest way is to the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device.
  • Step

  1. Install Microsoft Authenticator.
  2. Go to Microsoft M365 Admin Center via your administrator user.
  3. You will see the getting the account secure.


    Next.
  4. Starting the MS Authenticator.

  5. You will get the QR code.
    At your mobile phone, use MS Authenticator and scan the code. You will get your account automatically added to MS Authenticator.
    Next.

  6. You will get the number in browser. At the same time, on your MS Authenticator app in your phone, text box pops up. Enter the number seen in Brower into MS authenticator pop-up.

  7. Your setup completed.

  8. Continue in Next and you will put your phone number. And Next.

  9. Validation code is sent to your phone SMS message from Microsoft.
    Type it and validate.
