Microsoft Internet Information services as Windows Bundle Web server/FTP Server feature is a powerful platform for publishing the information in world wide web.
As it’s the OS Bundle and does not require any additional fee, you can easily master the IIS Server by using the Avalon platform.
This training gives you to start the use of IIS (Internet Information Server) for you to set up a basic IIS Server. At this course, we assume to set up the web site for your web application development in which you are to start learning as well.
- Training flow summary
- Get the Hands-On Training machine via Tech Garden Self service portal (If you do not have any IIS Server yet.)
- Set up the Hands-On Server.
- Install IIS into the Hands-On Server.
- Set up the site, application folder.
- Share the Site Contents folder for which the Web Application is getting uploaded into.
For Hands-On Training machine, Please gain the access to Hands-On machines : “HelpDesk Combo (x1 Servers / x2 PC)“
For setting up the Hands-On Server, please complete Basic Server Setup on One machine (1st Server) before you begin the SQL Server Training Hands-on.
