As of 2025 June, Avalon Lab Workout VDI RDP access uses the Self-signed Server certificate for communication security. It may prevent you to use RDP.
Step1: Download Certificate
Here is the Certificate you should download. (Please download two Cert files)

Rename the file name extension from .bin to .crt (both files)

Step2: Install the certificate to your computer
In Windows, double click the Certificate, Certificate properties window pops-up. “Install Certificate…”
Local machine is Suggestion but, you can use Current User as well.
Select the “Place All certificates in the following store” and “Browse”
Specify “Truest Root Certificate Authorities” and click “OK”.
Next to proceed.
Finish. Please repeat same for two certificates.
